By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, submitting meter readings, paying a bill, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About DigiPrint

DigiPrint provides copier and printer leasing, IT support services, and VoIP services to businesses in Central Florida and surrounding areas.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to:

  • Request a quote for copier/printer leasing, IT services, or VoIP services
  • Submit a service or support request
  • Pay your bill as an existing customer
  • Submit meter readings as an existing customer
  • Contact us with questions

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any form, quote request, meter reading, or payment submission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent

3. Quotes and Service Requests

Submitting a quote or service request through the Site does not create a binding contract between you and DigiPrint. All quotes are estimates and are subject to confirmation, equipment availability, credit approval (for leasing), and a formal signed agreement. Pricing, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice until a formal agreement is executed.

4. Leasing, IT Support, and VoIP Services

Copier/printer leasing, IT support, and VoIP services provided by DigiPrint are governed by the separate written service agreement, lease agreement, or service-level agreement (“Service Agreement”) entered into between DigiPrint and the customer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will control with respect to the services it covers.

5. Bill Pay

Existing customers may pay invoices through the Site via our third-party payment processor.

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
  • Payments are subject to the terms and security practices of our third-party payment processor.
  • DigiPrint is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by your financial institution, your internet connection, or the payment processor.
  • Payment through the Site does not waive any rights or obligations under your Service Agreement, including late fees or finance charges specified therein.
  • It is your responsibility to verify that payment was successfully submitted and to retain confirmation records.

6. Meter Reporting

Existing customers with leased or serviced equipment may submit meter readings through the Site for billing purposes.

  • You are responsible for submitting accurate and timely meter readings in accordance with your Service Agreement.
  • Failure to submit meter readings on time may result in estimated billing, late fees, or other consequences as described in your Service Agreement.
  • DigiPrint reserves the right to verify submitted meter readings and to adjust billing based on actual usage.

7. Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with bill pay or meter reporting portals and for all activity that occurs using your credentials. Notify us immediately at info@getdigiprint.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DigiPrint or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment processors or equipment manufacturers) that are not owned or controlled by DigiPrint. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Warranties, if any, related to leased equipment, IT services, or VoIP services are governed exclusively by the applicable Service Agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIGIPRINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SITE.

Nothing in this section limits any liability arising under a separately signed Service Agreement, which shall govern with respect to the services it covers.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigiPrint, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or submission of false or inaccurate information.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
